Getting Started With Wholesaling Real Estate

Just getting started! I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and the name is what brought me to it! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas and I'm entering the field of Wholesaling.  I've studied Real Estate over the past 4 years in college, but wholesaling is something that seems to be profitable at a young age.

I had a friend who reached out to me back in Little Rock and he stumbled upon wholesaling from a 29 year old gentleman who profited $2.1 million in 3 years off of wholesaling. Since then he's done a couple projects in Jacksonville, AR and has profited over $60,000 doing wholesaling part-time. Many investors are looking in this area so I've been putting potential projects together.

@Keilen Richardson BTW, I think I may know the whole Shelley you’re talking about as we have bought some deals from him and I’ve been very active in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

I still say driving for dollars is the best way to find potential deals.
