New to BiggerPockets & Interested in Wholesaling
Hello BiggerPockets Folks!
I am new to BiggerPockets, and I am looking forward to networking with you all. I am 33 years old, and I work a FT job in Southern California. My main goal is to get out of the rat race, and hence here I am!
I am currently researching wholesaling as a way to get my feet wet in the real estate investing pool. Does anyone have some good resources that they can share? Videos, books/audiobooks, and/or links? There seems to be a lot of information out there, but I am hoping that there are some experienced wholesalers out that can provide me with vetted resources.
