Hello All,

My name is Michael and I am new to this forum and the realm of real estate investing. I just started my second year of college and wanted to learn over my intervening summers and breaks how to become a real estate investor and earn passive income. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to better develop a process or could share theirs?
