New investor looking to mid-west

Hi! I'm pretty new to BP and rental real estate in general so I'd love to connect. Given that I'm located in Southern California, I'm trying to get a feel for markets in the mid-west primarily where other investors have found success. Goals would be primarily buy/hold rentals, BRRRR's etc. Any tips or advice is appreciated! Danny
