Hello everyone,

It's probably best to at least introduce myself before I dump a ton of random questions. I'm relatively new to RE Investing although I've been working in the industry taking pix of houses and building websites so I have a pretty good eye for things. I know many of you might say my "eye" is a liability since the only thing that matters in investing is the numbers. It would be nice to get rid of all those emotions so I can get down to business...
