Hello everyone,

It's probably best to at least introduce myself before I dump a ton of random questions. I'm relatively new to RE Investing although I've been working in the industry taking pix of houses and building websites so I have a pretty good eye for things. I know many of you might say my "eye" is a liability since the only thing that matters in investing is the numbers. It would be nice to get rid of all those emotions so I can get down to business...

Hey there. This is my first post!

I know there are many manual and tedious ways to get a list of all owners and their physical addresses in an area, but I'm wondering what software (paid or free) everyone uses or if there is an excellent online resource to generate these lists. 

So far, I love this website! And you guys are definitely brilliant on your ideas...
