Hello to everyone, my name is chris, i am new to bigger pockets and honestly new to investing as well. I purchased a home last year for 270, the home appraised for 349, since, property values have continued to go up, i have fenced the entire property (2.67) acres, i have added a high efficiency heat pump/AC, pulled out old carpet, added LVP, and re painted the entire inside of the home. I am going to list it for sale after I do a couple things in the master bathroom. Trying to keep things short, i plan on selling the home, should be able to come out good on it.  I plan on re investing, i am totally green, id like to purchase rental property or build a spec house and sell. And continue on from there, just hard jumping in at this point. Im also all ears, and appreciate any advice/constructive criticism, but really just wanted to introduce myself because the email said to do so. Thanks!
