Starting out in the Bay Area

Danny Reed
Posted

Hello everyone!

Still learning my way around here but wanted to quickly introduce myself! I am a new real estate investor located in San Francisco. I am currently in the process of trying to locate a great local real estate agent to work with me in finding a good starter SFH to rehab/fix-up and begin renting it out.

I have been saving up for the last few years and have quite a bit of capital ready to get started.

I'd also love to meet local real estate investors to meet up for coffee or drinks to learn more about your experiences investing in the Bay Area!
