I'm new to this. I live in the suburbs just north of Philadelphia and am looking to get involved in wholesaling and investing. I'm currently seeking a mentor/mentors. I'm looking to network with other investors and wholesalers in the Philadelphia area. I would appreciate any help anyone could offer.
