Newbie From MA interested in Multi Family investment
Hi everyone,
I am from Massachusetts. I was going through youtube videos and books about real estate investing and found this website. There is ton of info in this website. I am spending a lot of time reading the posts and listening to podcasts.
I live in North Andover . I am looking forward to buying my first multi family. I have some idea about Lawrence, Lowell, Haverhill areas. Looking to expand my knowledge to few more areas like Worcester, Fall river..
I would really appreciate if people have any more area suggestions for me for multi family with good cash flow.
ave a good day.

Don’t need to look any further than Lawrence, Haverhill, Lowell for a property that will cash flow well. Especially if you live in North Andover and would like to manage it yourself.
