New Member From the IE
Hi there,
I've been a long time lurker of the forums/BPP listener and decided to reach out and introduce myself.
I'm from the Inland Empire, born and raised, and am attending law school this fall. I graduated from college in 2017 and spent about 2 years at a real estate lead gen/management company based out of LA. Before that I did an internship for a small development company, focusing on community outreach/tenant scouting for two mixed use properties-- one in Redlands and one in Riverside.
I am most interested in multifamily investing, both in the IE and out of state.
My goals include graduating law school to practice RE law, investing in the Inland Empire for cash flow, then eventually starting my own real estate law practice/investment company down the line. I am most excited by the idea of wealth creation along with the opportunity to positively transform many of the down trodden areas in many pockets of the region.
Is anyone else from the Inland Empire on here-- perhaps with similar interests? Does anyone have any insight on balancing school along with getting into REI? I would love to hear from you.
