Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been listening and reading up for a long time and have finally gotten past the analysis paralysis and have purchased a second home and am turning my first home into a rental. It’s been on the market just 3 days with 6+ showings so I’m feeling pretty good.

I’ve got a lot of work to do on the new house which is a single family, walking distance to mass transit, but once we settle in I want to start looking at more opportunities.
