Out of State Detroit Investing

Listened to BP #331 with Ashley Hamilton and feel like Detroit would be a good area to invest in and to help rebuild the neighborhood, in a sense.  I've been looking at listings, analyzing deals, listening to webinars, and of course delving into BP Books.  I'm from California (Southern).  Anyone interested in sharing ideas?

@Keith Carey,

I would start to find reliable and good people to work with here, then maybe do a visit. I work with out of state investors so I just want you to get good deals sent to you.
