Hello everyone, I am excited to have joined Bigger Pockets. My Wife and I are beginners, no prior REI experience, however we love the idea of being able to transform lives through real estate. we're looking forward to buying & rehabbing homes in college towns. We're based in TX and are excited to meet other investors  all around the word.
