Good evening!

My name's Andrew Goodwin. I'm a real estate agent with Keller Williams Chicago-Lakeview.

My wife and I own our house, which was a $20k flip that I did (most) of the work myself before we were married. Currently don't owe a dime on it (woohoo). Our second property is a condo in downtown Chicago that she owned before we were married, but has since become our first investment property.

I joined bigger pockets for two reasons. First, my wife and I would like to work real estate into our long term investment strategy, specifically rentals. Secondly, being in real estate, I'd like to meet and connect with others to help them reach their goals.

I stared listening to the podcast from episode 1 two weeks ago and can't put it down. I'm already on episode 37!
