Newbie: Interested in Rentals/Student Housing - Winter Park FL ++

Hello! Jeff & Karen here! We live in Parker, CO. Our first rental will be in Winter Park, FL as our daughter will be attending Full Sail University beginning of 2020. After that, we plan on finding duplex + homes to rent wherever it makes sense! If you know of a great investor friendly agent in that area - send them my way!
