Hello everyone! I’m new to the BP world, and have a little experience in real estate. I had a primary residence turn rental (by accident due to the market crash in the mid 2000’s) that I rented out for 7 years. I’ve also bought and sold tax sale properties. Nothing crazy, mostly land that I turned for a small profit with little work involved. I’m looking to get back into it after taking a couple years off. I just bought another primary residence under appraised value. We’ve started a small remodel on the main floor, and just got the building permit to finish the nearly 2000 sq ft basement. My wife and I are doing all the work ourselves to save cash with the intent of refinancing later to buy another (and hopefully keep going).
