Hello, my name is Ignacio and I’m a Realtor in Las Vegas. Wanted to thank the mods for making this site. Here’s to getting out of the rat race.

I am not necessarily looking for real estate transactions here (if they come my way, that’s cool). I am looking to start buying property for cash flow, and ask so that I can scale up to multi family units. I don’t have much in the way of funds, but I do have experience helping investors buy rental properties. I’ve been a Realtor since 2006. My big why is to be able to invest in green technology so that we leave a better planet for future generations. I hope to meet lots of like minded people here, and I look forward to learning how to make a positive impact through real estate investing.
