Hello All

We (partner and I) have been lurking for a few weeks now and thought it was time to say hi

We are new to the thoughts of real estate investing and have been binge listening to the BP podcasts and some audio books over the past couple months as well as one BeardyBrandon webinar.

I’m a Canadian living in Australia for the past 16 years and have just started to search for some deals in Aus. (Laugh)

Side question for all the Australian members.

Please tell me there are deals to be had in Aus. From my limited searching I’m coming up pretty negative on all the cash flow fields. I haven’t given up by any means but any feedback would be appreciated.

I’m also Still a Canadian Citizen so I’ve been tossing around the idea of North American investing as well

Anyways. That’s our story. Hope this is the start of something great
