Hey, my name is Chris Peisher. I'm from Warner Robins, GA and i've been investing for a little over 7 years. I have just under 30 properties in varying states of rental, leas option and owner financing.

My big goals for 2012 are that I am trying to wholesale more properties this year to build up my war chest, and replace my wife's full time teaching salary with new passive income before the end of 2012. I'm looking to network with more people and see what's working with your marketing and how you are using new technology to close more deals and get more paychecks.

I also just made a post in the "Business of Real Estate - Technology" forum about my dream iPad app. If any of you have any ideas for that, i'd love to hear them.

After a 3 or so year hiatus from active marketing, I've started putting out bandit signs and doing direct mail with postcards. I'm getting a lot of calls, and put a few under contract, but nothing to write home about yet. Seems like i'm kissing a lot of frogs so far...
