Hey everyone. I'm just west of DC, in Virginia, looking at buying and renting (not necessarily BRRRR yet, I want some already rentable) to start off with. Eventually, BRRRR would be great, then I'd like to get into multi units and larger. I'm looking around the Detroit area right now and some other cities. I'm excited to be her and really want to get started.

Hi Matthew,

I live in Tysons corner. We are fairly close.

Since you said you are starting out.

I recommend narrowing down your goals to one strategy.

When I first started I househacked and it was a great way to start.

Investing remotely can be scary if you don't have prior experience.

Feel free to reach out if you need anything.

Best of luck!
