NEW TO BIGGER POCKETS
hi everyone I am currently trying to buy a multifamily home between upstate New York or New jersey. Do you think the BRRR method will work when homes here are priced so high? If so, I am working with a team trying to get as much cash as possible and right now we have about 80k cash. What should be my next course of action?
