My name is Alex I am from the Philadelphia area and am new to real estate investing. I am looking to purchase my first property within the next year. Any advice on how to find the perfect property or just general advice for a first time investor would be great. Thanks

    Hi Alex,

You are never going to find the perfect property.  I would try and find pretty good properties that work with your investing criteria / your numbers work and put offers in.   I learned 10 times more from my first property than any book, article, podcast could have every taught me.

Start with something manageable and learn from all the mistakes you make.
