Good day! Like many, I'm someone who is interested in investing within Real Estate. Specifically, my plan is to find small multi-family properties within the $100k - $200k to buy and hold and manage. I currently work within Property Management for a Private Equity Real Estate company in NYC; but I've been interested in becoming an investor for sometime now and finally mustering up the courage to put myself out there. Markets I'm interested in becoming more familiar with at the moment are the Carolinas. Very fortunately for a place like BP as I've learned and continue to learn most of what I know about investing as a Real Estate Investor from the resources and information provided here. Can't thank enough.

Glad to be officially be a part of the family.

Thanks.

Warm Regards,

Kyle Fuller
