New Multifamily Investor From New York, NY

New investor from NYC looking to diversify investment portfolio with out of state multifamily rentals. Looking to start in central CT as I grew up there, still have family in the area and the cash flow numbers make sense versus locally in New York. Looking at buy/hold and buy/rehab/rent style investments. Will likely look at larger multifamily syndications as time goes on.

Looking to network with fellow like-minded investors and real estate professionals. Happy to listen to any and all advice for starting out!

Thanks!
