Hey Guys,

My business partner and I have completed about 30 rehabs in the last 18 months within the DFW area. We are finding more deals than we can handle, so we are venturing in to the wholesale market. While doing a bit of research in preparation for the new venture, I ran across BP. After doing a bit of of browsing, I realized the site holds some pretty invaluable info, not to mention a ton of people who are allot more intelligent than me. ;-)
