Hi to all the friends I haven't met yet!

I am John Kempf, from West Farmington OH. I am a newbie investor, just starting out, looking for BRRRR opportunities in the Youngstown/Akron OH area.

I have no prior experience in real estate, have read a lot of books, getting to the point of information saturation, and need to go do it!

Do you know of  real estate agents, lenders, or contractors you would recommend in the area?

I am also interested in partnership opportunities. I have some investment funds, and some book learned knowledge, but limited bandwidth with my other responsibilities. 

I am passionate about regenerative agriculture. We know how to resolve/reverse ALL of our climactic and food challenges. We just need to implement what we already know.

I believe we should use business as an engine of change, founded a regenerative agriculture company called Advancing Eco Agriculture, and host the Regenerative Agriculture Podcast. 

I understand agricultural economics, investment, and agronomic challenges. I am happy to share thoughts and ideas if you have any questions in these areas.
