Hello all

I work full time in oil & gas, but am looking to get back into real estate investing.

I have had one single-family rental in Sherwood Park, but sold that in 2018. Being new to Calgary now, I'm hoping to have a buy, rehab & rent deal done by mid 2020. Currently learning the neighbourhoods, and researching the market for potential opportunities.
