Newish investor in northern Wisconsin

Jesse Freimuth
Posted

Hi all,

My name is Jesse Freimuth and I'm from Rhinelander WI. I've been a licensed RE sales person and practicing part time since 2007 and work full time as a foreman at a local factory.

I have been interested in flipping house and buy and hold RE for a long time but did not pull the trigger until I bought a live in flip in 2015 and have been working on it as I acquire the funds since.(Purchase price $42,000, Repair budget $25,000, ARV $100-115,000) I'm less then a year out from completing it.

I'm interesting in connecting with people local and far to learn from. Very interested in learning different financing techniques and ways I can fund more deals as this is my weak point.

Thanks for having me and look forward to learning from you all.
