Hello! My name is James Yallery and I am here on BP to learn everything I can about real estate. My experience is limited to my own home. I'm working on my business plan, focusing on rental units. I have been diligent to spend lots of time on Bigger Pockets reading through blogs and doing research on google. My main goal is to eventually have enough passive income to stop working.
