Failure is not an option.

Hello everyone,

Been a part of this community since 2014 but I'm just now in a position to start looking for my first rental property. I live and work in the Portland area and I'm hoping to acquire my first home in the next 12 months. My goal is to move into a conversion camper van to get out of paying rent, save all the money I can and start buying properties to hold and rent out. Sounds extreme but this is something I am willing to do to win this game. I work as a software engineer and I have a great salary so I should be able to get started quickly. This is where I am at. I am looking to make connections, ask a lot of questions and get the ball rolling on this journey.

Looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me.

Reed
