Who needs a building manager?

Kevin Stephenson
Posted
Hello BP Members,
I've been listening to Brandon's Rental Property Investing book this weekend where he mentioned these forums. It seems like a great tool, so here I am.
I'm a Facility Manager based in Safety Harbor so I have quick access to Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater. My kids and I moved from Johnson City, TN in August 2019 so I'm still learning the market down here.
I'm excited about this opportunity to share my experience and building knowledge with the group. Please let me know if I can answer any building related questions you may have. Thanks,

Kevin Stephenson
