Newbie from Athens/Atlanta Georgia

Good Morning BP Community!

My name is Troy Thurston and I am a newbie to the world of Real Estate investing. I am from Athens, Georgia and currently reside in the Bethlehem, GA area. I currently work as an operations specialist/consultant for a large QSR restaurant brand, Zaxby’s. I came across BP like most, through the podcasts. At the moment, I am in the process of pursuing my first small multi-family deal (tri-plex) which my wife and I currently reside in. My short term goal is to continue to learn as much as I can and have my first property finalized this summer. Long term goals would be to continue to invest in buy & hold real estate. I look forward to learning and networking with the members of this community. I Hope you all have a great week!

@Georgui Kasaev Hello! Thanks for reaching out Georgui. I understand man, Athens is a great place and I stayed around myself up until recently. I am now only about 20 minutes from there. @Luke Bauer Luke, thanks for reaching out man. Athens and Denver are great places. I spend a lot of time near and around Denver. My best friend lives in the Colorado Springs area.
