Newbie from Newnan, Georgia

Hello everyone, my name is Colton Seamon and, I’m 20 years old. I am originally from Toccoa, Ga, but I have been living in Newnan, Ga for about 7 years now. I have no previous experience in real estate. That being said, I have been eating, breathing, and living real estate for the last 3 months trying to soak up all the information that I can. I currently am working full time as a warehouse worker.

My first big goal in real estate is to be moved out and into my first investment property by September 1st. However, I have much much more planned in the pipeline for my future years to come.

I hope I’ve included everything in this mean member post, but if I haven’t, please feel free to ask me anything!
