New BP member intro -Alicia
Hello I’m Alicia. I’m a real estate investor with 13 doors. I have 2 4 plexes and a condo in Baton a Rouge LA and 2 duplexes in Toledo Ohio. I currently live in Houston. I am interested in owning free and clear properties, so I look for lower cost properties in $20-$50k range.
I’m interested in Properties in Michigan and Ohio, Baton Rouge and Houston but it is hard to find properties in my price range in those locations.
Some of the topics I’m interested in :
-How to put properties in my LLC after they are paid off (or before- have not figured this out)
-locations where I can find properties in my price range
-locating good property managers
