Hello!  My name is Ryan and I am from Pittsburgh, PA.

Although real estate investing has been in my family for many years now, I am personally looking to start investing and making my first deal.  I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for years, but it has mainly served as an educational tool for me.  Now I am in a financial situation where I am ready to invest.
