Looking for an Education

Jeremy Borras

Posted

I am learning the hard way from my youth in the Army and fixing my credit but I am looking for any help and knowledge to begin my journey in Real Estate.

I live in Denham Springs and work full time. I am just looking for guidance. I am currently starting at the beginning of the podcast and working my way through them but any tips or advice on the local market would be appreciated.

@Jeremy Borras

Welcome to BP! Thanks for your service!

The best way is to educate yourself through books and podcasts. I think Multifamily is the way to go, but educating yourself first is essential. Also, find local REI clubs via BP and Meetup and start networking with like-minded investors.

As for the books, start with David Lindahl book on Multifamily Millions.

Best of luck!
