Newbie to real estate from Prescott Valley AZ

Hi all. I thought it was time to introduce myself. I found myself soaking up the content from this site and from the podcasts that it motivated me to want to get into real estate.

My name is Pete Hassanzadeh and I live in Prescott Valley, Arizona. I am an occupational therapist and do enjoy my job quite a bit but realize I don't want to always rely on a W-2 for my income. I am naturally frugal and am lucky my wife is as well so we have saved up a fair bit that may help me get started.

The more I have read and absorbed the more I want to get into buy and hold initially in SFH or small multifamily and bigger goals to move on to larger multifamily.
