Criminal background is pretty dark.
Hello, I just need a little encouragement or maybe a shove.. LOL. I have completed 2 real estate classes. Keller Williams and Allied. Both are very educational. However, I am not nervous or worried about the test but I recently submitted my live scan and I was completing the application for my background. And, well... this is where I am in need of the shove.. I have quite a few misdemeanors ranging from driving on a suspended license to domestic violence. I have done a few years in jail, however no felonies. Everything is older than 8 years. So my question is should I even submit this application. I have all my criminal records that I will submit to the DOJ, but just don't want to get my hopes up. Does anyone know how strict they are in California regarding criminal history/backgrounds?
Thank you.

Thank you. I will definitely keep on going. The worse that can happen is I won't become a realtor. ☹ I appreciate the advice and your time.
