Hi!  I am a Realtor in the Beaufort/Hilton Head Island, SC markets.  I'm basically here to network with investors who are interested in short term vacation rentals at the beach and long term rentals.  Beaufort is unique in that many people come here for vacation.  They love it and want to move here, so they require short term housing until they find a permanent home.  Parris Island is here and with it comes around 40 graduations per year.  That brings families from all over the US east of the Mississippi River.   There are more people coming here than hotels so a short term rental works out for a family of 4 or more.  Also, we have private beaches with condos and houses on them, so great opportunity to earn some money.  Hilton Head Island is a gold mine for investors wanting to get into the vacation rental market.
