Hello from Orlando!

Hello BP Members, 

My name is Austin. I spent a few years in real estate and property management but have never actually bought a property myself. I worked in leasing, marketing, and helped clients with day-to-day issues. I used BiggerPockets for my job or to get info for blog posts, but I never used it personally. 

Now, I'm looking to buy a duplex or similar investment in the Central Florida area. I am saving up for the downpayment and other expenses and hope to close on a deal by fall.

In the meantime, I'll continue to read these forums and probably ask stupid questions!
