New Investor here, and have just surfed to this site. Very usefull information, thank you Joshua. Though based on the west coast, my partners and I are looking to start with Commercial - Office space in the midwest, multi-tenant <20,000 ft'. Especially appreciate the online Property Analysis tool. So, in a nutshell, we're learning quite a bit!
