i'm anglewings from delaware and i'm interested in wholesaling. i would like to start there and as i learn graduate to bigger things. i have one question. after finding a great deal and before talking to the homeowner, can u do a title search to be sure of no problems? i would appreciate anyones help. and i love this site.
