New Members Investing in Small Multi-Family

Hi everyone!

We are the Tchans (Manutea and JennieLynn). We've been learning about real estate this year through BP, local meet-ups, and books - we are hooked! We are currently looking at investing in small owner-occupied multi-family properties and we are excited to get hands-on experience. We are temporarily in Oregon but are still deciding where we want to be - central Florida (Orlando, Tampa, St. Augustine, etc.) or San Antonio. We've been doing our research and we are heading out for a trip soon. We're planning on making a decision by the end of the month!

We are excited to learn from BP forums/members who have experience in small multi-family properties, in house hacking, and who invest in these areas!
