Hello From Las Vegas

I have been posting and lurking for a little over a week now and realized I never introduced myself. I am a new real estate agent here in Las Vegas (or I should say will be as soon as the division finishes processing my license) and am also working towards purchasing investment property to hold. I am planning to start the investing side later in the year.

In the past I have done a little wholesaling and have also studied different forms of investing over the years. I am looking forward to helping investors find property in this crazy Las Vegas market and am looking forward to learning a lot from this forum.
