Akron/Canton Ohio Introduction

Hello everyone,

I'm not new to Biggerpockets but I don't believe I ever took the time to formally introduce myself here. 

I'm in the Akron/Canton Ohio market.  I have a background in commercial roofing and general construction.  

Right now I'm wholesaling in Akron and Canton as well as looking to flip a house or two this year.

My main goal is to start acquiring apartment buildings that are 20+ units.  And I'm open to other markets outside of my area like Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and even out of state as well.
