Hello all,

My name is Metrie and I am a senior undergraduate (Accounting) in Indianapolis with a strong interest in investing in properties. I just have so many questions that go beyond just searching the internet. I am currently looking for tips and guidance with purchasing my first investment property. I have an LLC however, I want to know the steps for financing and actually getting approved given - being a student.

If anyone is local or is willing to contact me to gather more information, I would love to hear your opinion.

Thanks in advance.
