Introduction to the Community

Grettings everyone,

My name is Matt and my wife Amber and I currently live in Aurora, CO.  I am prior Navy and my wife is currently acitive duty Air Force and I am looking to get started (technically) in real estate investing.  We own our home in CO, and also own a home in Jacksonville, FL that we purchased in 2010.  Our property in FL has been a solid rental, although I never realized how much of an asset it actually is until I found Bigger Pockets and finally started to increase my financial education.  I plan on looking out of state for different markets and diversity and hope to be doing this full-time by the end of the year.  Thank you all for the extraordinary information and resources you have provided on here and I look forward to what this community has to offer, and in return how I can repay the favor eventually.

Thank you,
Matt Rodgers
