Hello!

My name is John and I'm returning to the community after a short stint a couple years ago looking for an investment property in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I'm an out of state investor (California, but grew up in Ohio), interested in following the BRRRR strategy and was previously able to do it on my first duplex in Parma, Ohio.

I'm hoping to connect with local Real Estate Agent's who have experience with dealing with rundown / vacant properties that I can purchase and get into rental shape. My goal is to purchase another multi-family property this year in the Cleveland area.
