Good afternoon. I am a complete newbie to Real Estate and for the past month have taken a deep dive into acquiring knowledge and educating myself on the basics. I am in the NJ and PHiladelphia area and am extremely interested in wholesaling real estate as a place to start. I am also saving up for the ability to purchase my first 2-4 unit primary residence to work towards conventional owner occupied financing and have that become my first real estate investment!
